(01) INQUIRY
After inquiring, we can start envisioning what our time together will look like & if we are the right fit. We can talk Pinterest boards, location ideas & what your dream session looks like. Elopement & wedding clients will receive a discovery call, where we can chat more about your day & get to know one another.
discovery call & planning
Once we are aligned, a contract & invoice is sent to lock everything into place. All sessions & wedding bookings require a signed contract & 50% retainer payment to hold your date.
secure your date
in the week or two leading up to up to your session, we will be in contact to finalize any details, locations and times. For wedding clients, we can schedule your complimentary engagement session and plan on meeting again 2 weeks from your wedding date to finalize any shot lists, add ons and timeline.

This is when the magic happens! Whether it's an hour long session or your wedding day, I'm here to guide you through the entirety of it & capture the moments as they unfold.

For shorter sessions, you can expect to receive your final gallery within 1-3 weeks. For elopements & weddings, you'll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and your final gallery within 4-6 weeks.

Yes! Travel is already included in my wedding pricing for venues within 100 miles of me (OC, LA, Riverside, SD etc.) Other CA or out of state travel costs vary & will be calculated & included in your custom proposal. For couples sessions, I charge $1/mile outside a 50 mile radius of my OC address round trip. Keep up with me on instagram to see if I'm coming to a city near you!
do you travel? If so, what are your rates?
My camera writes to 2 SD cards at a time, ensuring that your photos are stored in multiple places from the second they are captured. They are then transferred to 2 different hard drives as soon as I get home. No SD cards are cleared or files deleted until your final gallery is received.
How are our photos stored for safe keeping?
A second shooter isn't required for every wedding, but I recommend one for larger celebrations, tighter timelines or events with multiple locations happening at once. Having a second photographer allows for different perspectives, more coverage of key moments and a more dynamic, well rounded gallery overall. You should consider adding a second shooter if you want additional candids, alternate angles & fuller storytelling throughout the day.
Do I need a second shooter?
Every wedding is different so I don’t provide an exact image count, but on average you can expect 50-100 images per hour of coverage. For shorter sessions, I typically deliver around 100 final images.
How many photos will we receive?
While I don't offer prints directly, all galleries are delivered in high resolution with full printing rights, allowing you complete flexibility in how you bring your images to life.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! I am more than happy to provide you & your venue with a certificate of insurance.
